Seoul Metropolitan Government's Standard Articles of Maintenance Project Enactment "Enhanced Transparency of Unions"

The Seoul Metropolitan Government will establish and announce the standard articles of the Seoul Public Support Maintenance Business Association to prevent conflicts and support the operation of transparent and stable maintenance projects in the process of maintenance projects.

The standard articles of incorporation have regulations on the appointment and consecutive terms of union executives for stable business promotion, and the selection and contract of the construction company is based on the application of the standard construction contract for the maintenance project in Seoul to prevent conflicts in construction costs.

It also includes verifying construction costs before announcing the sale of members after approval of the project, avoiding design changes that can increase construction costs after general sale, and preventing delays in moving in by starting the verification process a year before the scheduled date of moving in if construction costs increase.
