Professor Sookdae's declaration of the situation "acceptance of the special prosecutor and apology for the Itaewon disaster"

Professors at Sookmyung Women's University have issued a declaration calling on President Yoon Suk Yeol to accept the special prosecution and to make efforts for peace on the Korean Peninsula and follow-up measures to the Itaewon disaster.

57 professors at Sookmyung Women's University said in a statement on the 5th, claiming that the government is not responsible for the Itaewon disaster and refuses to investigate criminal charges against the president and his spouse, while ignoring the fact-finding of the death of Chae.

Sookmyung Women's University professors issued the Declaration of State of the Union following Gachon University, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, and Hanyang University, and 44 professors from Incheon University issued the Declaration of State of the Union yesterday (6th).
