The 29th General Assembly of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change will be held from the 11th to the 22nd local time in Baku, Azerbaijan.
The Ministry of Environment said a government delegation representing Environment Minister Kim Wan-seop will attend and serve as a bridge between developed and developing countries.
At the general meeting, the "goal to create new climate resources" is expected to be the main agenda, which includes how much and how to raise funds needed to respond to and adapt to the climate crisis.
