The vote will begin at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, the day after tomorrow, and delegates will choose the chairman of the emergency committee by mobile voting and hold a final vote on the same day if there is no majority candidate in the first round.

It is important who will become the emergency committee chairman, but in fact, the interest will be in who will become the new chairman of the medical association.

Kim Kyo-woong, chairman of the Korean Medical Association, said in a briefing yesterday that although the articles of incorporation require a new president to be elected within two months, the party will hold a presidential election as soon as possible within a month even if the regulations are amended.
