Fire authorities have issued the first stage of response and are extinguishing a fire in the basement of a building in downtown Incheon.
There are saunas and nursing homes in this building, and rescue operations are continuing.

Around 6:30 p.m. today, a report was received that a building in Soongui-dong, Michuhol-gu, Incheon was on fire.
Fire authorities have issued the first stage of response to mobilize all personnel and equipment of the competent fire department at around 7 p.m., 30 minutes later, and are working on extinguishing them.
Fire officials say they have rescued 31 people so far while rescue efforts are underway at the scene.
The fire department said five of them, including a man and a woman in their 80s, inhaled smoke and took a total of six people to the hospital.
There is also a nursing home in the building on fire, and all six people transferred are known to have occurred in the nursing home.
It is reported that one of them was seriously injured and five others were slightly injured.
If you look at the report video on YTN, you can see that there is a foggy smoke inside the building.
At around 8:16 a.m., the fire department first heard that the fire department had put out a big fire.
