Susie Wiles "Trump Invokes Executive Order To Restore First-Term Policies On First Day Inauguration"

2024.11.12 AM 10:53
The New York Times (NYT) reported that U.S. President-elect Donald Trump plans to restore policies during his first term in office by issuing an executive order as soon as he takes office on January 20 next year.

The comments are noteworthy as they are the first in fact to mention plans for Trump's second term after Suzy Wiles was named White House chief of staff.

The New York Times reported in an online article on the 11th that White House Chief of Staff nominee Wiles announced the plan at a private meeting held in Las Vegas, Nevada by Republican political fund donors.

However, Wiles did not reveal the number or content of the executive orders Trump is planning to restore on the first day of his second term in office.Among the first Trump administration executive orders canceled by current President

Joe Biden include the U.S. withdrawal from the World Health Organization (WHO), entry bans from countries with overwhelming Muslim proportions, and withdrawal from the Pirie Climate Agreement.

According to the NYT, Wiles told the conference attendees that it is very important to be ready from day one, stressing that Trump has two years to innovate the government, not four.

Most of these remarks seem to be conscious of the fact that the president often faces difficulties in the midterm elections, which will take place two years after taking office.
