He then pointed out that the participation of investigative prosecutors in the trial is a system that has been established for decades to maintain the prosecution and realize the justice, and that it is not legal to suddenly prevent the participation of investigative prosecutors in the Seongnam FC case.

He also urged that the decision, which can only be abused by criminals, should be corrected quickly, saying that if there is a delay for years like the Lee Jae-myung trial, investigative prosecutors will be sent to another office and will no longer be able to participate in the trial.
