College Scholastic Ability Test cheating warning... Over 200 students caught every year [Anchor Report]

2024.11.12 PM 02:51
The College Scholastic Ability Test is only two days away.

Over the past five years, more than 200 students have been invalidated every year for cheating, requiring caution against cheating.

Looking at the number of cheating cases in the CSAT over the past five years, more than a thousand cheating cases have occurred.

If you are caught cheating, the test may be invalid or you may be suspended until the following year.

When I saw which cases of cheating were increasing, it was the act of writing an answer after the termination order rang.

It has steadily increased since the 2020 school year, and 110 people were caught in the CSAT last year.

On top of that, it should be noted that bringing in various electronic devices such as mobile phones and smart watches is also cheating on the CSAT.

It is mainly middle and high school teachers nationwide who oversee the entire CSAT, including these irregularities.

An investigation found that they are avoiding supervisor work.

According to a survey of middle and high school teachers nationwide, 9 out of 10 teachers are concerned about human rights violations caused by supervisor work.

From a student's complaint that "the supervisor's breathing was disturbed," to a parent's complaint that "he was caught for not cheating,"

The supervisors do not want to take on supervisors' duties as the number of cases suffering from complaints from students and parents increases on or after the College Scholastic Ability Test.

In response, the secondary school teachers' union, which conducted a survey, urged the government to come up with measures, saying, "It is a precarious environment in which supervisors are not guaranteed safety."
