All arrest warrants for members of the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions who were arrested for participating in the "regime resignation rally" held in downtown Seoul over the weekend were rejected.
The Seoul Central District Court rejected all arrest warrants for four members of the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions, saying it is difficult to admit the need for arrest considering the evidence collected so far.
They are accused of refusing to comply with the order of dissolution by pushing police officers during the "first general meeting for the resignation of the government" held near Seoul City Hall on the 9th.
