Measures to recover 'little and ground corn snacks' detected in excess of mycotoxin

The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety said it suspended the sale of "little and ground corn snacks" manufactured by the Doel BioFood Agricultural Cooperative Corporation and sold by the Hansalim Business Association and recalled the products.

The recovery target is a product with a manufacturing date marked 'October 26, 2024'.

In this product, fumonisin, a mycotoxin, was reported to have been detected in excess of the standard value.

The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety asked consumers who purchased the product on the date of manufacture not to eat snacks and return them to the place of purchase.
