A storm swirled in Malaga, southern Spain, forcing schools to close and suspending train services.
The Associated Press and other foreign media reported that the highest level of heavy rain warnings were issued for coastal areas in Valencia on the 13th local time, and the Korea Meteorological Administration predicted up to 180mm more rain in the area within five hours.Roads in Malaga province

Malaga have been closed, and trains on the AVE, a high-speed railway linking Malaga and Madrid, have been canceled.
Spain's weather service issued a red alert for Malaga, with up to 70 millimeters of rain in an hour, it said.
Parts of eastern Tarragona province also suffered heavy rains, and red warnings remain in place.
The storm comes two weeks after flooding in Valencia and elsewhere killed more than 220 people and destroyed thousands of homes.
