Yesterday (14th) morning, when the CSAT was held, the lowest temperature in Seoul was 13.2 degrees.
The temperature was more than 9 degrees Celsius higher than the average year, making it the warmest college entrance exam day ever in November.
Next week, the temperature drops significantly, bringing freezing cold.
Reporter Kim Min-kyung's report.

Early in the morning, nervous steps to the College Scholastic Ability Test site.
A student with sleeves rolled up among test takers in a T-shirt or light jumper is also noticeable, and he is seen entering the room in short sleeves.
It is very different from the past when I went to the exam with a thick padded jacket and a scarf wrapped around it.
The lowest temperature in Seoul yesterday morning was 13.2 degrees, the warmest of the 32 CSAT days held in November.
It was 7.5 degrees higher than last year's CSAT, and 9.2 degrees higher than the average year.
This fall, when all-time heat waves, tropical nights, and heavy rains continued, the warmest CSAT weather record was set.
[Woo Jin-gyu / Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) Information Officer: Morning temperatures were 2 to 9 degrees higher than normal as warm air came in from the south along the edge of the mobile high pressure centered near Japan.]
Morning temperatures were the highest ever, but due to overcast clouds, daytime temperatures were only 16.8 degrees, not exceeding the record of 21 degrees in 2015, which was ranked first.
The cloudy sky began to rain throughout the country in the afternoon.
It will rain inland until this morning and Jeju Island until tomorrow.
The amount of rain will not be large, but the cold continental high pressure in the north expands behind the rain clouds, and the cold air will come down, and the temperature will drop sharply.
[Kyung Sang-min / Forecaster of the Korea Meteorological Administration: Mild weather will continue to be 3 to 8 degrees above normal until the end of this week, but cold air from the north will cause temperatures to plummet early next week.]
The morning temperature in Seoul drops sharply to 14 degrees Celsius on Saturday, 8 degrees Celsius on Sunday, and 0 degrees Celsius on Monday.
Tuesday is below zero.
Temperatures will recover to normal levels from the middle of next week, but this week will feel colder as it has been exceptionally warm.
