The temperature in Seoul dropped to 3.3 degrees this morning. It fell 2.5 degrees, or 3 degrees, from yesterday, but since it's windy, there are probably people who feel the temperature a little cold. So today's daytime temperature is similar or slightly lower than yesterday. If you look at the temperature on the weekend, it will be a little cold in the morning and a little warm during the day. The morning temperature in Seoul is expected to be 1 degree tomorrow morning, but it is about 2 degrees lower than today, and the wind is blowing, so the wind chill is expected to hit freezing tomorrow morning.

In particular, it is expected to feel a little cold tomorrow as temperatures in the central inland and mountainous areas fall below zero. So this weekend, it's a little cold in the morning, and it's warm during the day. And because the weather is clear, the sun continues, so it is expected to be a good weather where you can enjoy the atmosphere of late autumn. However, there are high waves in the sea. There are also places where thunder and lightning strike along with gusts of wind on the East Sea, so caution is needed.

According to the forecast as of this morning, fine dust will be busy in some parts of the country. It was expected, but it was lifted a little early. So, if you look at the current fine dust concentration, most regions in the country, including Seoul, are showing moderate to good levels. However, the situation in Busan is a little bad. According to the forecast, tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, and the present are forecasted. If you look at the forecast for tomorrow, the east is in good condition and Seoul is also good. Northern Gyeonggi Province is also good. And to the west, normal conditions. So you don't have to worry too much.

These days, the new word Samhansami has been coined, "Samhansami," which is three days colder than Samhansaon and four days of fine dust. Will this winter be repeated like this with cold waves and fine dust?

Recently, the expression "Samhansami" instead of "Samhansaon" has been often mentioned, but it's good because the weather clears up when it's cold, but as soon as the temperature goes up, the fine dust concentration increases and you have a cloudy view.
So I'm getting more worried, but this is expected to continue recently. Because in winter, it is always natural for fine dust to be collected and worn, but if the wind is strong, the fine dust will disappear.

However, winter weather patterns used to change periodically like Samhan Saon, but recently, when the cold starts or the warm weather continues, the phenomenon continues. As such, there is not much change in the barometer, so the wind cannot push it out completely. So, the possibility of fine dust accumulating is rather a lot of heating in winter, and of course, car fumes have decreased, but anyway, pollutants coming out of the atmosphere increase, while the wind decreases, so winter can be seen as a season where fine dust gets worse.

Especially at the end of January to February, there are times when it is strong enough to interfere with breathing. So this pattern is likely to continue in the future. As temperatures rise around the world, winds tend to weaken in part, so there is a possibility that fine dust weather will continue on days when the wind is not strong like this.

It looks like the sun will be warm. In the afternoon, there will be a chill in the clothes due to a little wind, but since the sun continues, there will be no worries about going out, and fine dust is now cleared, so relatively good conditions are expected over the weekend.

And the winter temperature seems to have fallen a little in Jirisan Mountain. I heard that the first high school of this year opened yesterday, but it bloomed a month later than last year.

It means that the ancient observatory will stand like snow on trees or grass. So, it usually occurs in midwinter highlands or branches by lakeside where temperatures drop suddenly. The first ancient observatory was observed this year in Jangteomok and Seseok, the main ridges of Jirisan Mountain, but the warm weather continued until early this fall, delaying the blooming of the ancient observatory. So this overall trend is expected to continue in the future because the cold comes late as the temperature rises.

I just saw Jirisan Mountain, and the possibility of the first snow. Today is a novel, but there is no news of the first snow. Will there be news of the first snow next week? What do you think?

If you look at the forecast for next week, it will be cloudy from Monday, and there will be a rain forecast nationwide on Tuesday. So there's also news of snow in Gangwon-do right now. So it's not that there's a very possibility of first snow. After the rain stops after Tuesday, the temperature drops sharply. So, it is expected that the early winter cold will come, so the cold that appeared earlier this week was low in the morning and a little higher in the day.

However, the cold coming late next week does not increase the daytime temperature much. So the cold weather continues, so it can be seen as early winter cold. So if this happens, snow falls naturally on the west coast. There is a possibility that snow clouds will stay in the central part of the country, so those who are expecting the first snow can look forward to it around the middle of next week. Cold weather will come next week, so preparation is expected.

We can still expect it the week after the first snow, but looking at the situation in France, there was heavy snow. So it snowed so much that the Eiffel Tower Observatory was closed, is it usually snowing a lot at this time?

Looking at the climate characteristics of Paris, there are not many days in Paris that go below zero in November, December, January, and February. So, on average, it's more likely to rain than snow because it shows the temperature of the video, but it's very unusual to see so much snow all at once. So, in France, if it usually snows a lot, it will be well prepared, but it seems that there are many difficulties because it is a rare area to snow.

However, the current abnormal climate phenomenon in Europe is often a little unusual, so climatologists and researchers continue to sound warnings. What I'm saying is that it's a little warm even though it's at a higher latitude than Korea. I told you a while ago that the video continues, and the reason is that the warm ocean flows into northern Europe because it's the Gulf of Mexico. Therefore, warm weather continues due to the influence of the current, and the movement of this current is unusual.

There's a warning that the system that transports the hot heat in the south to the north will collapse. If this collapses, it becomes cold in Northern Europe and Europe. Recently, heat waves have continued and large wildfires have occurred in places such as Greece, so Europe is suffering from measles, and these phenomena are likely to worsen. Perhaps the recent snow that falls in Paris now could be interpreted as one of these unusual phenomena.

Therefore, in Europe, there is a high possibility of very extreme weather phenomena that are getting worse in the future, so preparation is necessary. In particular, what Korea cannot be relieved about is that the temperature was very high among this year's characteristics, and there is an interpretation that this high temperature comes from the high sea level temperature.
