[Gyeonggi] Goyang City Approves Broadcast Video Valley Land Supply Plan

Goyang City announced that it has approved the Gyeonggi Goyang Broadcasting Video Valley Urban Development Project's land supply plan, which has been in limbo due to disagreements with the Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Innovation Corporation and GH.

The land approved this time is 170,000 square meters of broadcasting facility land, 54,000 square meters of business and urban support facility land, and 34,000 square meters of single-family housing and neighborhood living land, and 147,000 square meters of residential and commercial complex land that have not been agreed with GH are excluded from the approval.The city of

The Goyang Broadcasting Video Valley Project in Gyeonggi Province is a project to invest 673.8 billion won on 702,000㎡ of land in Janghang-dong and Daehwa-dong to create a specialized broadcasting video complex.
