After returning from his trip, President Yoon Suk Yeol convened senior secretaries to begin discussions on personnel reorganization.

At the meeting, President Yoon reportedly stressed that reform and cabinet reshuffle are intertwined and that it is important to change to who.

A senior presidential official said, "President Yoon said the reshuffle should be able to support the four major reforms, and it is more important to whom the reshuffle will be changed than the size or timing."

As the cabinet change has to go through a confirmation hearing, the presidential office's personnel reshuffle is expected to take place first.

The administrator, known as the so-called female line, returned after being disciplined for drunk driving, but recently announced his resignation, and it is known that a personnel reshuffle plan is being drawn up in a big frame, with his resignation being accepted soon.

An official from the president's office said, however, that the timing of the reshuffle could be delayed as it requires consideration of external schedules such as passing the new year's budget bill or the launch of the new Trump administration, and considerable physical procedures are required for verification.

In the midst of this, President Yoon's recently released approval rating has rebounded and stagnated.

NBS survey showed an 8% increase from the previous two weeks ago, compared to
The
Gallup survey showed that it was sideways for two weeks, representing 20%.

The presidential office's strategy is to take the lead in political affairs by restoring approval ratings through personnel reorganization and reform work, but it is unlikely that state administration in the second half of the year will be easy due to the scattered external variables."
