Samsung Electronics Chairman Lee Jae-yong, who was acquitted in the first trial on charges of unfair merger and other charges, has completed his appeal.
Ahead of the final hearing, questions from reporters continued, but there was no answer.

At the same time, he demanded a five-year prison sentence and a fine of 500 million won for Chairman Lee.
The executives and employees who were also indicted were also asked for the same sentence as in the first trial.
The prosecution went on to say that what the Defendant damaged in this case was the justice of our economy and the constitutional values that underlie the capital market,
He stressed that this ruling will serve as a reference point for the restructuring and accounting direction of chaebol companies in the future.
Chairman Lee's lawyers refuted the prosecution's claim, saying that the market's attention, including experts, was focused on the merger, making it impossible to conceal the reality through false facts.
Chairman Lee also made a final statement, saying he thought the merger push would help the future of the two companies and appealed that he had no intention of damaging shareholders and deceiving investors for private interests.
Chairman Lee's appeal will be sentenced at the Seoul High Court on February 3 next year.
