A parent who sued Son Heung-min's father, Son Woong-jung, on charges of child abuse has been convicted in an appeals court in another case charged with innocence and other charges.
The Incheon District Court today (26th) sentenced a man in his 40s, A, who is suspected of violating the innocent and stalking punishment law, to one and a half years in prison and three years of probation as in the first trial.
Earlier in May 2020, A was put on trial on charges of falsely accusing an acquaintance of "approaching to make a profit and causing damage" and stalking another acquaintance by sending online messages more than a hundred times.
A also filed a complaint with the police in March, saying his child had been abused by Son and coaches, and Son and others received a summary order of 3 million won last month on charges of child abuse.
