Two people are seriously injured due to a fire in an apartment building in Dongchun-dong, Incheon.Rescuing 17 Residents

A fire broke out in a five-story apartment building in Dongchun-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon at around 1:50 a.m. today (29th).

In the fire, a man in his 80s living on the first floor was seriously injured by burns, and his son in his 50s was also taken to a hospital with minor injuries.

In addition, three apartment residents evacuated themselves to escape the smoke, and another 17 were rescued by firefighters.

Fire authorities believe the fire started in the first-floor furniture and are investigating the exact cause of the fire.
