Chairman Kim told YTN that he wanted to give a fair personnel appointment because his acquaintance is worried about disadvantages because it is a workplace where personnel lobbying is fierce even though he has sufficient experience, high school grades, and rank as a preliminary committee member.

In addition, contrary to the original report, the acquaintance was not a relative and was a person who worked as the head of an affiliated organization when he worked in Daegu City, adding that it was not actually promoted.
