While Special Forces Commander Kwak Jong-geun claimed to have been instructed by President Yoon Suk Yeol to bring out lawmakers, the president's office is reportedly denying this.

A ruling party official explained that in a phone call with YTN, President Yoon ordered the National Assembly officials not to block them from entering the National Assembly, but to let them in.

The official said, "The plenary session is deliberating on the agenda to lift martial law, and the whole nation is watching the situation on air, so how can the military enter and draw lawmakers?"Commander

Kwak testified at the National Assembly yesterday (10th) that President Yoon called a secret phone, the so-called "non-verbal phone," and told him to break the door and pull out the people inside because it seems that the quorum of the decision is not yet full.
