[Incheon] Incheon City Council approves ordinance to ease the number of public rental housing parking spaces

The ordinance, which includes easing the standard for the number of public rental housing parking, passed the plenary session of the Incheon Metropolitan Council despite residents' opposition.

The ordinance included the application of the number of parking lots for households with a dedicated area of less than 30㎡ among public purchase rental houses from one to 0.5 units per household.

Prior to the approval of the ordinance, the Michuhol-gu Council of heads of local governments issued a statement in front of Incheon City Hall, saying, "If the ordinance is revised, social conflicts arise due to serious parking problems."
