Prosecutors, National Police Headquarters, High-ranking Public Officials Crime Bureau,
The three investigative agencies of
launched a 'civil war investigation' as if they were competing right after the emergency martial law incident. The
is conducting an unprecedented simultaneous "insurrection investigation" while fighting an uncomfortable war of nerves.
With the impeachment motion approved, investigative agencies are expected to focus on proving the alleged rebellion of the suspect, President Yoon.
The crime of rebellion is punished by dividing it into a leader, a person who participates in a plot, conducts a command, or is engaged in other important duties, and a person who is simply involved in riots,
This is because investigative agencies have already accumulated statements and evidence that President Yoon led the emergency martial law with the 'triangular investigation'.President
Yoon also acknowledged that he ordered the National Assembly to send troops when the emergency martial law was declared.

If securing statements from key officials has been a priority so far as the allegations have grown, it is expected that the direction will change to an investigation aimed directly at President Yoon in the future.
In particular, it is expected to focus on investigations to find out illegal and unconstitutional instructions, such as whether they prepared for emergency martial law in advance, participated in writing the decree themselves, and asked military officials and police chiefs to pull down lawmakers.
The pace of the investigation into President Yoon is expected to accelerate as investigative agencies show their strong will to do everything they can.
