The People's Power decided to submit an additional opinion to the court, informing the Democratic Party's leader Lee Jae-myung of his deliberate strategy to delay the trial and asking him to finalize the trial by February 15 next year.

Joo Jin-woo, chairman of the party's legal advisory committee, told YTN that he would submit an opinion when the trial begins due to the service of notice of receipt of litigation records.

The opinion will reportedly include that CEO Lee's delay in the trial by delaying the receipt of documents and the appointment of a lawyer has given up the period to defend himself, so there is no reason to understand.

This means that even if the trial starts late, it should set a special date to comply with the judgment on the violation of the Public Official Election Act, which is "within three months after the previous ruling."
