A fire broke out at the chemical manufacturing plant in Banwol Industrial Complex, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do, at around 8:10 a.m. today (18th).
Fire authorities once issued the first stage of response and put out the fire in 3 hours and 40 minutes.
Two people were burned by the fire and one person was taken to the hospital for inhaling smoke.
Also, there were many dangerous substances such as alcohols and sulfur around the factory, so chemical rescue teams were dispatched, and fortunately, there was no leakage of chemicals.
Fire authorities are investigating the exact cause based on statements that a fire broke out during chemical work.
