Conservative groups held rallies against the impeachment of President Yoon Suk Yeol throughout Seoul.
Conservative groups, including the Korea National Movement Headquarters, held an "impeachment nullification national convention" in front of the Constitutional Court at 1 p.m. on the 17th, and argued that President Yoon should not be impeached, saying that the declaration of martial law was a legitimate act of governance against the Democratic Party's legislative dictatorship.
He then held a rally in front of the Donghwa Duty Free Shop in Gwanghwamun and the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office from 2 p.m. and said he would continue to speak out to invalidate the passing of President Yoon's impeachment bill.
The group will continue daily anti-impeachment rallies at the Constitutional Court, the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office, and Gwanghwamun.
