Currently, the temperature in Seoul is minus 6.4 degrees Celsius, breaking this winter's lowest temperature in a day.

Due to the cold wind, the temperature has dropped to around minus 10 degrees Celsius.

Meanwhile, the East Coast area is still dry in the atmosphere?

However, it has not completely relieved the dryness of the atmosphere.
