According to a survey released by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport today, there were about 282,000 real estate development, rental, real estate services, and real estate information service companies called PropTech as of the end of last year, up 1.8% from the previous year.

In addition, the number of real estate service workers increased by 2.4% year-on-year to 802,000, but sales of these companies decreased by 13.7% from the previous year.
