Gyeonggi Bus Information' app and web service were once suspended..."Error updating information"

The Gyeonggi Bus Information app and web service, which collects bus operations in Gyeonggi-do and informs users of expected arrival time and bus location in real time, was once suspended, causing inconvenience to users.

The province explained that apps and web services were suspended from 5 a.m. to 9:40 a.m. and that "there was an error in the process of updating basic information such as routes at 4:30 a.m. every day."

The actual service interruption time was 4 hours and 40 minutes, but only a notification appeared on the screen of the Gyeonggi Bus Information app that "the system inspection from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. partially stops bus information."
