The National Assembly's Culture, Sports and Tourism Committee, which was held for the first time since the martial law incident, criticized KTV's national broadcasting under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for defending the president's declaration of martial law.

KTV originally explained that it was a broadcast representing the government, but the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism predicted an audit.

At the time of the emergency martial law, KTV, operated by the Korea Policy Broadcasting Service under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, revealed that there was external pressure on the report.

Immediately after the president's declaration of martial law, an order was issued not to convey the remarks of politicians from the ruling and opposition parties who pointed out the unconstitutionality and the movement to demand the National Assembly lift it.

Suspicions arose that the employee immediately announced the hiring of replacement workers when he refused, but executives protested that the order to exclude politicians' remarks was justified, even though it was a misunderstanding.

The opposition party received an internal audit from the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Yoo In-chon, saying that it broadcasted a propaganda broadcast of civil war glorifying martial law with national money.

Minister Yoo repeatedly apologized for the martial law incident as a member of the State Council, but declined to say whether it constitutes a civil war is not a matter for him to judge.

The People's Power did not participate in the pending questions in protest of the opposition's demand to explain the activities of the ruling party member when the National Assembly voted to lift martial law.
