As of 7 a.m., heavy snow warnings have been issued across the country, including Gyeonggi, Gangwon, Muju, Jeonbuk, and Yesan, Chungnam.

The Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) said there is a possibility that the heavy snow warning will be extended to the central region and eastern North Jeolla Province for a short period of time until this morning, with 1 to 3 centimeters of strong snow per hour.

Snow will stop for most of this afternoon, but with the cold air coming down from night, the cold weather is expected to come tomorrow, with the temperature falling to minus 6 degrees Celsius in the morning in Seoul.
