The Democratic Party of Korea urged President Yoon Suk Yeol to immediately arrest and arrest him, saying he was refusing to receive a request for attendance from the Joint Investigation Headquarters.
Yoon Jong-gun, a spokesman for the floor, said in a written briefing that he sent the second request for attendance by express mail and electronic publication when the first request for attendance sent by Gong Dong-bon was rejected.
He also criticized the Constitutional Court for refusing to receive documents on the impeachment trial, proving that he was not qualified as president by emergency rules, and now ignoring all criminal procedures and judicial systems.
