The Constitutional Court said that even if Yoon Suk Yeol's representatives are absent from the impeachment hearing scheduled for the 27th, the date can be continued.

Constitutional Court Judge Kim Hyung-doo made the remarks today (24th) in response to a related question from reporters on their way to work.

Judge Kim said it was a matter for the chief judges to judge, but explained that legally, the deadline must be terminated, but if there is a considerable reason, it can continue to be carried out.

Regarding President Yoon's claim yesterday to the effect that the constitutional process is fast, he said, "I've never heard of it," adding, "I don't think it's the nature for the constitutional judges to discuss."
