Oxy Chan, a former member of the Korea Communications Standards Commission who recommended the opposition party, filed a lawsuit against the dismissal, but it was not accepted.

The Seoul Administrative Court ruled today (24th) that former member Ok lost the plaintiff in a lawsuit against President Yoon Suk Yeol to cancel the dismissal.

In January, the Korea Communications Standards Commission recommended Ok to dismiss him for violent acts and abusive language.

This is because former member Ok threw documents with abusive language, raising suspicions that Ryu Hee-rim, chairman of the Korea Communications Standards Commission, mobilized his family and acquaintances to file complaints against news reports.President

Yoon approved the proposal for dismissal, but former member Ok objected to it and filed a request for suspension of execution to suspend the effect of dismissal along with a revocation lawsuit.

Earlier in March, the court rejected the request for suspension of execution.
