An official from the presidential office said it was President Yoon's decision to bow down and apologize for the first time since he took office, announcing a public statement by President Yoon Suk Yeol.
The official said in a phone call with YTN that President Yoon told the public that he had stolen during the election, but that he couldn't bow down and apologize because he became president, and also ordered him to contain a stronger message than the pre-prepared statement.President
