President Yoon Suk Yeol's approval rating, which is nearing the halfway point in his term, dropped to 17%, the lowest since taking office.

According to Gallup Korea's survey of 1,002 people aged 18 or older nationwide for three days from the 5th, President Yoon's positive assessment of job performance was 17% and negative assessment was 74%.

Positive ratings were down 2%p from the previous survey, a week ago, and negative ratings were up 2%p.

As a reason for positive evaluation of President Yoon's job performance, diplomacy was the highest at 23%, followed by economy/people's livelihood at 9%.

As for the reason for the negative evaluation, Kim Gun-hee's problem was the highest at 19%, up 2%p from the previous week, economy/people's livelihood/price was 11%, and lack of communication was 9%.

Political party support fell 3%p from a week ago to 29%.

On the other hand, the Democratic Party of Korea rose 4%p to 36%, widening the gap between the two parties, which was tied last week, by 7%.

The Cho Kuk Innovation Party accounted for 7% and the Reform New Party for 3%.

As a result of asking who you think is good as a political leader who will lead Korea in the future, that is, a future presidential sense, Lee Jae-myung of the Democratic Party of Korea was the highest at 29%.

Han Dong-hoon, the leader of the People's Power, was 14%, followed by Cho Kuk, the leader of the Cho Kuk Innovation Party, at 5%, and Daegu Mayor Hong Joon Pyo at 4%.
