Choi Sang-mok "Preparation of customized support plan for small business owners and self-employed persons"

Deputy Prime Minister for Economy and Minister of Strategy and Finance Choi Sang-mok said he will announce customized additional support measures reflecting the voices of the field while checking and supplementing comprehensive measures for small business owners and self-employed people.

Deputy Prime Minister Choi said at a meeting of the ruling party and the government at the National Assembly that the more difficult the economic conditions are, the greater the burden on the vulnerable, so the government will make all-out efforts to stabilize the economy of the people's livelihood.

We will provide support for living stability such as heating, health, and care to prevent the difficulties of the vulnerable in winter, he said, adding that we also plan to come up with comprehensive measures to overcome polarization early next year.

He then urged the National Assembly to pass next year's budget bill within the time limit set by the Constitution, saying that budget and legislation are essential for the government to actively promote stability in people's livelihoods.
