Director of Audit and Inspection and Chief of Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office Report on Impeachment at the National Assembly plenary session...a vote for the day after tomorrow

In addition, the impeachment motion of the Board of Audit and Inspection Choi Hae-soo and the impeachment motion of three prosecutors, including Lee Chang-soo, head of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office, were reported to the plenary session of the National Assembly.

Under the National Assembly Act, the impeachment bill must be voted on 24 hours after the plenary session and within 72 hours, so the impeachment bill will be voted on at the plenary session the day after tomorrow (4th).

This is the first time that the National Assembly has proposed the impeachment of the auditor, and the Democratic Party of Korea proposed the impeachment of the director Choi, citing the poor audit of the presidential office.

The Democratic Party also proposed impeachment, saying that three prosecutors, including Lee Chang-soo, the chief prosecutor of the prosecution, did not properly investigate Kim Gun-hee's alleged involvement in Deutsche Motors stock price manipulation.
