The Navy conducted a "Dokdo Defense Drill" on the East Sea yesterday.

A military official said yesterday that they conducted a regular exercise to protect the territory and people's property in the East Sea.

The East Sea Territorial Defense Training is a Dokdo defense drill conducted by the military near Dokdo twice a year, and the Navy said it was conducted at a similar level to previous years.

The drill was conducted on a similar scale to the Dokdo defense drill conducted on August 21 with Navy and Coast Guard ships participating, and no landing drill was conducted by Marine Corps troops on Dokdo.

This is the sixth Dokdo defense drill conducted by the military under this government, and the previous five drills were also conducted behind closed doors.
