Recently, as cabbage prices have risen, more and more people are looking for packaged kimchi.

The price of packaged kimchi is not easy, but the price of cabbage is so high that it is better than making kimchi yourself.

Sales of kimchi to CJ Cheil Jedang and Daesang, which account for more than half of the nation's packaged kimchi, rose more than 10 percent last month.

In particular, in the case of Daesang, whose main product is packaged kimchi, the maximum was changed to monthly sales.

It is not easy to secure supplies as the sales of packaged kimchi by the three marts have also soared this month.

As of the 25th, the retail price of a cabbage is 9,383 won.

Cabbage prices have rarely stabilized, up 51% from last year's average price.

Although the government has decided to import Chinese cabbage to increase the supply of cabbage, this trend is expected to continue until mid-October when our semi-highland cabbage is released due to the poor crop conditions on the Chinese side.
