460,000 people who pay the comprehensive real estate tax for housing this year and 1.6 trillion won in tax.1.28 million single-family homeowners

This year, 460,000 people were taxed on the comprehensive real estate tax for housing, and the final tax amount was 1.6 trillion won.

The Ministry of Strategy and Finance announced that the number of comprehensive real estate taxes for housing this year increased by 48,000 people and the amount of tax increased by 100 billion won from last year.

The number of comprehensive real estate taxes for one household and one house was 128,000, up 17,000 from last year, and the tax amount was KRW 116.8 billion, up KRW 26.3 billion.

The number of multiple homeowners who are subject to comprehensive real estate taxes was 273,000, up 31,000 from last year, and the tax amount was 465.5 billion won, up 86.5 billion won.

The average amount of tax per person subject to comprehensive real estate taxes was KRW 1,453,000, up KRW 121,000 from last year.

The increase in the number of individual housing comprehensive real estate taxes and tax amounts is due to the fact that the official price of apartment houses nationwide rose 1.52% this year from last year, along with the supply of new housing last year.

The number of people who are taxed for housing in the corporation was 60,000, down 400 from last year, and the tax amount was 1 trillion won, up 10 billion won.

According to the current status of the comprehensive real estate tax for housing by region, the tax amount for 270,000 people in Seoul increased by 13% and 25% to 700 billion won, respectively.

Gyeonggi Province has announced a comprehensive real estate tax of 300 billion won to 97,000 people.

This year, the total comprehensive real estate tax, including housing and land, is 548,000, and the final tax amount is 5 trillion won.

The number of people taxed for land is 110,000, and the amount of tax paid is 3.4 trillion won.

The National Tax Service said it is sending out tax bills sequentially from the 25th and that the notified tax should be paid by the 16th of next month.
