The National Tax Service has released the names of nearly 10,000 new national tax delinquents.
Comedian Lee Hyuk-jae, novelist Kim Jin-myung, and chef Edward Kwon were listed.

The targets of the new disclosure of names and personal information by the National Tax Service are individuals and corporations who have failed to pay more than 200 million won in national taxes for more than a year.
There are 9,666 people in total, 6,000 individuals and 3,600 corporate names.
It's up 21% from last year.
Nearly 80% of those who are in arrears of more than 200 million won to less than 500 million won, but more than 10 billion won also reached 35.
The total amount of arrears was 6.2 trillion won, up 1.5 trillion won from last year.
Lee Hyun-seok, who ran an illegal online gambling company, paid 213.6 billion won, including comprehensive income tax.
The top 10 individual delinquents, including Lee, included a number of gambling company operators.
The highest corporate delinquency was Giantstrong, a real estate business, with 44.4 billion won in arrears.
The representative is Yoichi Watanabe.
Among the celebrities, comedian Lee Hyuk-jae's name was revealed because he failed to pay 223 million won in VAT.
The Christian Memorial Center, a real estate corporation represented by Lee, also failed to pay 330 million won.
Author Kim Jin-myung, famous for his novel Mugunghwa Flowers Bloomed, paid 2.89 billion won, including Jongso tax, while Kwon Young-min, known as chef Edward Kwon, also failed to pay 343 million won.
The National Tax Service said they released their names because they did not pay back taxes despite compulsory collection such as seizure and public sale, administrative sanctions such as prohibition of departure, and encouragement of payment for six months.
In the meantime, he said that if there is a high possibility of hiding the property, he is searching for the actual residence and accusing it.
