The Seongnam branch of the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office indicted Yoo Young-jae, her ex-husband and announcer, without detention on charges of forcibly harassing actress Sunwoo Eun-sook's biological sister.
Yoo is accused of forcibly molesting Sunwoo Eun-sook's biological sister five times since last year.
Earlier, Sunwoo Eun-sook filed a complaint in April this year, a year and a half after marrying Yoo, after learning about her sister's damage.
