However, on the day of the reservation, when the informant who had completed all the preparations called to confirm, the reservationist suddenly said, "I don't remember." When the informant played the recording file of the call at the time of the reservation, the reservationist apologized, saying, "Why did I decide this?"

The informant said, "It's not a problem that can be solved by saying sorry. One day's business was ruined. I believed it because I was a public servant," he said, asking for compensation, but the reservation holder said, "It's not a situation to compensate." He also introduced himself as an "employee of an outsourcing company" and explained, "The county officials held a workshop in Seoul for two days and one night, and entrusted our company to proceed with the schedule and make reservations for restaurants."

After that, an outsourcing company employee visited the restaurant and presented the compensation amount, but this was far from enough, and in the end, the informant contacted the county office employee again because he could not reach an agreement on compensation. However, the county office employee also consistently said, "We told the company to consult well because there was nothing we could do administratively."

Also, after mentioning the price of gopchang that he ate the other day, the employee said, "Even if I ate pork belly, (the amount of compensation requested by the informant) would not have come out. We drink more than snacks," he said.
