The Gangnam Police Station in Seoul handed over A, a woman in her 20s who caused an eight-car collision while driving unlicensed in the Gangnam Station area, to the prosecution today (7th).
A, who left the police station at around 7:55 a.m. today (7th), repeatedly said he was sorry when asked by reporters why he was behind the wheel without a license and if he had nothing to say to the victims.
A was arrested at around 1:40 p.m. on the 2nd after driving unlicensed in Teheran-ro, Yeoksam-dong, Seoul, and hitting a series of cars and driving backwards.Seven cars, including Mr. A's vehicle, and one motorcycle were damaged in the
accident, and nine people were lightly injured.
It was investigated that A ran away after hitting a mother who was pushing a stroller with her child in Geoyeo-dong, Seoul, at around 1 p.m.
According to a police investigation, it was found that A, who was not licensed, was not drunk and stated that he had taken tranquilizers.
