A malicious complainant who has filed a whopping 27,000 complaints with the Seoul Transportation Corporation for about two years has received a complaint.
The Seoul Transportation Corporation said today (8th) that the complainant A filed 27,621 complaints and an average of 41 complaints per day from January last year to October this year. The
complaint includes cases in which the malicious complainant A filed repeated complaints without justifiable reasons, delaying the handling of other emergency complaints and preventing counselors from responding to their work normally.
It is known that A repeatedly asked for the train number and programming number of Line 4, and when the counselor answered that it was impossible to respond due to excessive complaints, he sent a text containing abusive language, causing fear and anxiety.
Accordingly, the corporation has registered and managed Mr. A as a "caution customer" since June of this year.Malicious civil petitioners registered as
'Cautionary Customer' will receive procedures such as sending warnings three times and restricting counseling for a certain period of time.
The corporation plans to maintain a strong response stance by filing complaints and accusing malicious civil petitioners after reviewing the requirements for obstruction of business.
