With the first trial of Lee Jae-myung, chairman of the Democratic Party of Korea, on charges of violating the Public Official Election Act, the remaining three trials are still underway.

The result of the first trial will come out at the end of this month for the perjury teacher case, but the case of development corruption in Daejang-dong and suspicion of remittance to North Korea is still in the beginning of the trial.

Following the charge of violating the Public Official Election Act, the first trial of Lee Jae-myung, the leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, will be sentenced on the 25th.

The allegation is that Kim Byung-ryang, the former secretary of Seongnam Mayor, gave false testimony in connection with the so-called "prosecutor's private name" case in the trial for violating the election law.

[Lee Jae-myung, then governor of Gyeonggi-do Province - Kim Jin-sung's call (December 2018): (Well, it's been so long that I don't even remember...).) I'll send you a summary of your argument. It was our captain, so please remember....]

Unlike the former secretary who admitted to perjury, Lee denied the charges, saying, "I asked him to make a statement as I remember," but the prosecution demanded a three-year prison term for Lee.

The remaining two trials are being held in Seoul and Suwon, respectively.

In Seoul, internal information on the Wirye New Town Development Project is leaked to gain unfair advantage, or
Suspicions of approving the
Daejang-dong project in favor of private companies and providing convenience to companies in exchange for sponsorship of Seongnam FC are underway.

Among them, the hearing on the case of Daejang-dong began last month as the evidence investigation of the Wirye case ended in September, but the allegations of preferential treatment in Baekhyun-dong or Seongnam FC have not yet proceeded.

The prosecution complains of delays in the trial and asks for separate sentences of the Wirye and Daejang-dong cases, which could be a variable in the pace of the trial in the future.

The Suspicion of Double Droplet Remittance to North Korea, which is underway at the Suwon District Court, is still in the process of preparing for a trial.

While Lee Hwa-young, former governor of peace in Gyeonggi Province, and Kim Sung-tae, former chairman of Ssangbangwool, who intervened in the remittance process to North Korea, were both sentenced to prison in the first trial,
If
is sentenced to imprisonment or higher for the representative, there is a possibility that he will be deprived of his right to run for five years.

However, representative Lee denies the allegations by criticizing the prosecution's political investigation,

It is unclear how long it will take for the Supreme Court to make a final ruling, as it has not yet begun a full-fledged trial.

First of all, as the trial on charges of violating the Public Official Election Act and perjury is scheduled,
Representative Lee Jae-myung of
is expected to face four trials at the same time next year.
