Yonsei University filed an objection after the court cited an application for an injunction to suspend the validity of the essay test filed by some test takers in connection with the suspicion of "leaking essay questions."
Yonsei University filed an objection to the Seoul Western District Court yesterday (15th), which decided to partially cite the provisional injunction.
Yonsei University also submitted an application for an expedited date, but the date for this case has not been set yet.
Earlier, the court decided to stop the follow-up process of the essay examination before the class action ruling, saying that fairness of the procedure is important as the results of the essay examination determine whether to pass or not.
Thirty-four people, including Yonsei University's natural essay test takers, filed for an injunction to suspend the validity of the test along with a lawsuit demanding a retest after the questionnaire was distributed in advance at one of the test sites.
