A user who stole 100 million won worth of game items he hunted with another person filed an objection lawsuit, but lost.
The Seoul Central District Court ruled today (29th) that A lost the plaintiff in a lawsuit against NCsoft Co., Ltd., including confirmation of invalidity of the terms and conditions.
A participated in an event held in NCsoft's mobile game 'Lineage M' in April last year and received items worth 100 million won along with others.
However, A monopolized the item without discussing how to dispose of it, and NCsoft, which received the report, suspended A's account and retrieved the item.
NCsoft explained that under the terms and conditions, actions can be taken if they violate prior agreements on the distribution of items in joint hunting and take unfair advantage.
However, Mr. A filed a lawsuit saying that he had never discussed how to distribute the items and had never made an unfair profit by not selling the items.
