Yeo In-hyeong, "Lee Jae-myung, Han Dong-hoon, and Woo Won-sik were arrested first."

2024.12.13 PM 09:48
Prosecutors investigating the emergency martial law incident suspect that Yeo In-hyeong, the commander of the Defense Security Command, ordered Lee Jae-myung, the leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, Han Dong-hoon, the leader of the People's Power, and Woo Won-sik, the chairman of the National Assembly, to be arrested first.

The special investigation headquarters of the prosecution's emergency martial law requested an arrest warrant for Commander Yeo today (13th) and included this in the warrant.

On the night of the 3rd, when the emergency martial law was declared, Commander Yeo ordered Kim Dae-woo, head of the counterintelligence investigation team, to arrest 14 key figures, and prosecutors believe that Lee, Han, and Woo were ordered to arrest them first.

The interrogation of the suspect before the arrest of Commander Yeo, who is accused of rebellion and abuse of authority, will take place at 3:30 p.m. tomorrow (14th).
