How is the atmosphere in front of the official residence?

[Reporter]
Even after President Yoon's impeachment was passed, there is a sense of silence around the official residence.

There's still a lot of tension.

Reporters can enter up to 300m away.

Several police buses or vans are parked on the nearby road.

In the afternoon, even a car wall truck appeared that could build a barrier between the protesters and the police.

In addition, security was tight, with the police asking each passing person for their destination or business.

Since martial law, several groups, including university student groups and legal professions, have been protesting in front of their official residence,

Today, there was also a one-man protest calling for President Yoon's resignation.

As participants of the rally calling for the impeachment of President Yoon entered the front of the official residence the day before yesterday, the police on the scene did not seem to relax.

On top of that, with the news of the impeachment bill being passed, there is a heavy tension around the official residence.

So far, I'm YTN's Yoohyun in front of the presidential residence in Hannam-dong, Seoul.
